Every election at colleges throughout New York State, Nassau County Attorney John Ciampoli and the Republican party cage college student voters and challenge them at the polls and on their absentee ballots despite the protection provided to not only students but the military under the New York State Constitution.  


 

Article II

Suffrage 

§4. For the purpose of voting, no person shall be deemed to have gained or lost a residence, by reason of his or her presence or absence...while a student of any seminary of learning...
